The following procedures apply to all tenders:

• Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the Tender and shall be placed in Aqwest's Tender Box, 5 McKinnon Way, Bunbury, or shall be received by mail to:
  
  PO Box 400, Bunbury, 6231,
  prior to closing time.
• No responsibility shall be taken for tenders sent by facsimile machine. The entire submission transmitted by fax shall be received prior to the tender closing time on fax number (08) 9780 9509.
• Telephoned or late tenders will not be considered.
• Tenderers may be present at the time of opening.
• If no Tenderer is present at the time of opening, all information relating to the tender shall remain confidential until dealt with by resolution of the Board.
• The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
• Canvassing of Board Members may disqualify.
• All enquiries relating to the tender should be directed to the Aqwest Officer nominated for each tender
