Getting a Connection
If our water main is available to your property and has enough capacity we will install your new water service connection within 15 business days after receiving your application and payment.
In all other cases, applications for water service connections will be considered subject to engineering and financial assessment. We will advise you of the outcome within 15 business days.
Applications for water supply service connections can be made at our office. To help us process the application please provide us with a copy of your building plans.

Maintenance of Water Supply Service Connections.
You are responsible for the maintenance of all pipes and fittings on your side of the water meter. Repairs and modifications to your pipes and fittings must be carried out by a licensed plumber.
You are responsible for maintaining your hot water system to ensure its safe operation.
Please help our meter readers by making access to your water meter as easy as possible.
