Payment Period
a. The payment period for accounts levied by Aqwest-Bunbury Water Board is twenty eight (28) days from date of issue.
b. Payment instalment options for rates and service charges are as follows:
30 days : 1st Instalment
60 days : 2nd Instalment
90 days : 3rd and Final Instalment
Rate accounts are issued in July/August of each financial year with consumption accounts being issued on Oct/Nov, Feb/Mar and May/June.
Penalty For Overdue Rates and Charges
From 1 July 2002, a penalty charge equal to 10% per annum will accrue on a daily basis on all rates and charges which are overdue for payment.
